IR39000 Change to SAAL control frame transmit priority to insure LEC
maintains stability and does not test back into the network
IR38736 T6 event list all can cause a bughlt ifbad Sram record in config
IR38735 CIP fix for problem when end station sends data on data direct
before the MSS has completed the circuit establishment, resulted in bughlt
IR38706 LE Arp cache error can result in data storage exception.
NA03927 SNMP problem when response is large an out of memory bug halt
IR38590 BCM cleanup not complete if mac addressmoves to quickly
IR38591 MSS LES/BUS redundant vcc could stop retry after transmit error

NA04021 TCP bughlt when using MSS to telnet from, if carriage return
is last char. in buffer, adding LF would be out of range.
IR38452 MAC filter caching can cause MCF filters to not filter correctly
this apar will disable mac filter caching.
